Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Deal with agencies to streamline recruitment processes.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
